1. Our Privacy Commitment

Stratum Strength Inc. ("Stratum Strength", "we", "us", or "our") respects your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use our web platform, mobile applications (iOS and Android), and related services.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with our platform, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account & Profile Information: Name, email address, password hash, profile avatar, role (Athlete or Coach), and business settings.
• Training & Biometric Telemetry: Workout sets, reps, load, RPE, velocity, workout notes, physical measurements (weight, circumference metrics), and PAR-Q+ health readiness responses.
• Nutrition Logs: Logged food items, calorie counts, and macronutrient targets.
• Video & Camera Recordings: Exercise technique form-check videos recorded or uploaded for 3D AI biomechanical telemetry and coach review.
• Wearable & Health Platform Data (Optional): With your explicit consent, step counts, active energy burned, resting heart rate, and sleep duration synchronized from Apple HealthKit or Android Health Connect.
• Payment & Billing Data: Payment details are processed securely and tokenized directly by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. Stratum Strength does not store your full credit card number.

3. Apple HealthKit & Health Connect Policy

Stratum Strength adheres strictly to Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect developer policies:

• Explicit Permission: We only access Apple Health or Health Connect data if you explicitly grant permission within your device's operating system settings.
• No Advertising or Commercial Sale: Health data read from HealthKit or Health Connect will NEVER be used for marketing, targeted advertising, user profiling, or shared with third-party data brokers.
• Purpose Limitation: Health data is used solely to compute your personal training readiness score and display your fitness progress trends within the Stratum app.

4. Artificial Intelligence & Video Analysis

Stratum Strength provides AI-assisted biomechanical movement diagnostics and nutrition estimation:

• Pose Estimation: When you record a movement form check, computer vision neural networks analyze joint angles, bar path trajectories, and velocity metrics to generate performance telemetry.
• Generative AI & Image Recognition: If you use the AI nutrition scanner or program builder, image data or text prompts are processed securely using Google Cloud Gemini APIs solely to generate macro estimates and periodization suggestions.
• Non-Diagnostic Disclaimer: AI suggestions are for athletic training and educational purposes only and do not constitute clinical or medical diagnosis.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information only with trusted infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform / Firebase (data storage, authentication, and hosting with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance).
• Payment Processing: Stripe, Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway).
• App Stability & Error Monitoring: Sentry (crash diagnostic telemetry without sensitive biometric payload).

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion (GDPR / CCPA / PIPEDA)

You have full control over your personal data:

• Right of Access & Portability: You may request a copy of your stored training logs and account data at any time.
• Self-Service Account & Data Deletion: You can permanently delete your account, workouts, uploaded media, and profile data directly inside the app under Settings → Delete Account.
• Web Deletion Request: If you cannot access the app, you can submit an account erasure request by emailing privacy@stratumstrength.ca. Your data will be permanently wiped within 30 days.

7. Children & Age Requirements

Stratum Strength is intended for individuals aged 18 and older (or aged 16–17 with the consent of a parent or legal guardian). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has registered without parental consent, please contact us immediately.
